Off-Road Use Only
All products sold are for off-road use only. The buyer assumes all risks associated with using the product.
By purchasing and using the product, the buyer agrees not to hold the company, its employees, directors, or the seller responsible for any harm or damage arising in any jurisdiction.
The buyer also agrees to indemnify the seller against third-party claims related to the use of the product.
Warranty Coverage
Products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty and a 90-Day Full Warranty covering replacement or repair for defects in parts, manufacturing, or workmanship.
Warranty coverage begins on the date the item is delivered, correctly installed, and used.
The item must be returned for examination at the buyer’s cost. Once the warranty claim is approved, the product will be repaired or exchanged at the seller’s discretion and shipped back to the buyer at no cost.
Shipping and Non-Delivery
The buyer must notify us of non-delivery within 10 business days from the date the order is shipped.
Failure to provide notice within this period will void the shipment insurance, and no replacement will be issued.
Original return shipping costs of up to USD $30 may be reimbursed after a valid receipt is provided.
Damaged Items
Shipping damage must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
Damaged items must be returned and inspected before a replacement can be shipped.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable without exception. Sales terms are EXW, shipped and insured. NC/NR means No Cancellation and No Return.
